The Volck Slate Carbon Fiber road bike comes at an entry-level price for a professional feel of a tour level road bike. The light and durable frame, high quality Shimano as well as Tektro components, and the overall quality of the bicycle makes it the perfect starter road bike in the market.
Unique features
Equipped with drop bars for optimum aerodynamic cycling. The Volck Slate is equipped with 18 Speeds SHIMANO SORA R3000 Derailleur System that ensures a smooth start when cycling and seamless speed shifting throughout the journey. The engineering behind the road bike takes into consideration the importance of aerodynamics, the bike adopts a wind tunnel design where the stays, seat post, and seat tube are aerodynamically contoured. The bicycle can achieve speed of up to 50km/h.
Wheels
Running on Michelin 25-622 (700C*25C) Dynamic Sport which is ideal for roads, control, and achieving speeds.
Frame
The fork, frame, and seat post are all manufactured from carbon fibre to ensure light weight and durability. The bicycle weighs only 9.8kg.
Safety
The Volck Slate is equipped with P400DG Tektro V braking system.
