November 2023 - Terrible customer service. Slow in responding, gave us PADI e-learning material only on the day of the dive course, and worst of all, booked us in the wrong rooms (glamping tents) and still charged us for deluxe rooms. My WhatsApp messages and emails since the trip have been completely ignored.It's such a pity because the dive sites and guides are good and I had a good dive trip with this company in 2016. But there are much better dive operators elsewhere to help organise your trip.

We completed our open water diving course with Wolf. He explained everything very well and we laughed a lot together! I recommend everyone to do it with them. We saw a lot underwater! We will definitely do it more often. We also had super cool photos taken by Jasper.

Gill divers was recommended by a friend, but we experienced terrible service with them.We signed up for a week long trip to a dive resort in Bali, to get 2 people to certified in open water and advanced open water with PADI (specifically requested PADI), and another 2 people to do the nitrox certification.We dealt exclusively with a employee named Faith.No reading material or course sign ups were provided by Gill Divers before our trip despite the course having a requirement for this. When we arrived at the dive resort, we were informed that the resort only has SSI instructors and we could not do PADI. We had to chase for our course sign ups and log ins to access the SSI course material and examinations while we were already undergoing the training dives at the resort. During this time, Faith was completely uncontactable. When logins were finally sent, they were only sent for 2 members of the group. The other 2 logins have yet to be sent. We are at this point uncertain if we can even get certified during this trip which ends tomorrow.Would not recommend dealing with Faith at all.

Consistently disappointing. 0/10 would not recommend. Booked 2 dive trips with Gill and I ended up having to do so much chasing for information. Despite promotional materials and even the itinerary clearly stating that equipment rental was included in the price, I was told after payment that I had to pay extra for rental equipment. After some negotiation and argument they did relent but I should not have to argue about a clearly stated offer.I also tried to buy a mask but was told 'everything now online". The masks being sold online were not in the shop for trying. Definitely not a good idea to buy a mask without trying.Never again. Go somewhere else.

When I reached EKOLIFE at the Hong Kong Street store on 21/09/2022 with my previous EBike for trade in, I received a helping hand from one of their staff members, who immediately helped me to carry my EBike into their store and do motor testing on my EBike. Another staff then came along to assist me in getting my new EBike, JIMOVE MC, which I want to trade my previous EBike for. He let me tested two of their JIMOVE MC EBikes, and I am very impressed with their EBikes' performance. The staff members are very polite, helpful, patient in helping me to get the new EBike that I need, and sharing helpful info on how to adjust the height of the seatpost according to my height to ensure that I have a good posture and comfortable riding experience when riding on the EBike; how to safely make a left or right turn so that I will not fall off from the bike, pressing onto the left handle brake, which will stop the rear tyre wheel in order to brake my bike safely, just in case I need to immediately halt my bike. Their over-the-phone customer service staff, Puteri and Vanessa are also very helpful in getting the inquiries that I asked for about any EBike matters, regarding tech specs, trade-in value for my previous EBike etc. . It was a wonderful experience for me with EKOLIFE. Will definitely come back again if I need help with EBike matters. Thank you very much to all the staff members from EKOLIFE.

Need diving gear? Then don't bother wasting your time going to this shop. They're switching everything to cycling but did not yet update their pictures on maps. Our trip here was a complete waste of time.In response to your reply - thanks for getting back to me! No need to drop an email, we found a different solution. But thanks for offering.

Great recommendation by Gill Divers to do my dive at Kubu in northeastern Bali, it was a really great trip for both my partner and I. Would highly recommend others to do their Open Water there as well.Shout out to Rai as well - she was very accommodative to our ever changing requirements ahead of the trip!

Great selection and service! I stopped in looking for a wetsuit top and was helped by Rai. She was very patient as I tried on multiple options and helped me determine the best fit. They are also the only dive shop I know of in Singapore that carries a 5mm thick wetsuit.

Staff was nice however they were in charge of the bikes and knew very little about the dive equipment. But that was alright, what I was a little unhappy about is the limited equipment available.Looking at their website, there are 105 type of fins but there were only around 20 at the store. As people are increasingly reliant on online shops for information I think it would be better to remove all the items that are not available or at least put a clearly visible disclaimer that item may not be available.I guess I’m lucky I went down to the store to check first rather than buying straight online, but I also wasted about 3hr in total travelling there.

Had a great experience doing my Open Water course with Gill last year! Very helpful staff who helped me reschedule my pool session (I missed it as I wasn't feeling well), very responsive to my many questions and were very helpful when I was picking out my masks, fins etc. Accommodating instructors who made sure that every single diver on the trip was taken care of and the dives were the safest it can be 🙂
