Our store policy states that there will be strictly no returns, refunds or exchange for any of our products. If you receive a defective item, you may reach us on Whatsapp at +65 6734 9373 with details of the product and the defect. We will review the case accordingly and get back to you should it be eligible for exchange. Exchanges are only valid if it’s covered under the relevant suppliers’ warranty.

Covers the Battery, motor, and controller of the e-bike
*valid as long as there is no water damage, physical damage, modifications done to the bike
